@AlaRecruiter This is a more than reasonable take. Recruiting for the most part is a B2B service. There are avenues for job seekers to take the, "find me a job" route, but a recruiter's role is more about fulfilling a specific business need.

@VMwareBrendanR Appreciate the feedback and will pass it along to the product team. Are you leveraging BeamAssist? If you turn it on in the settings, you can select a Pool to save the contacts to before starting AutoPilot and it will auto-add the contacts to the Pool for you.
