Virat in that MI game where he scored 37 balls 50, RCB was scoring at 13-14 runrate & after his wicket RCB's runrate was 10. Same is happening in almost every game since last season.

At least eight pilgrims were killed and thirteen others injured in a tragic road accident involving a cement-laden tanker and a Bolero goods vehicle in the early hours of Thursday near Chilakaladona village.

The victims, all residents of various villages in Chikkamagaluru district of Karnataka, were on their way to Mantralayam for darshan when the accident occurred at around 2:45 am.

According to police, the Bolero (KA-46-9745), driven by 40-year-old Sunil, was carrying 21 passengers. The vehicle collided head-on with a cement tanker (KA-32-AC-1117) coming from the opposite direction.

Preliminary investigations indicate that both vehicles may have been driven rashly and negligently. The impact of the collision was severe, resulting in five deaths on the spot. The tanker driver, identified as 28-year-old Ramanna Basappa, reportedly escaped unhurt.

Emergency services rushed to the scene and shifted the injured to the Government Hospital in Mantralayam. Three more victims later succumbed to their injuries, taking the death toll to eight.

Due to the seriousness of their condition, nine of the injured have been referred to the Government General Hospital in Kurnool for advanced treatment. The bodies of the deceased have been sent to the Government Hospital in Yemmiganur for post-mortem examinations.

The deceased have been identified as Sunil (40), his father Kumar (60), Deepika Veena (35), Belli (3), Puttamma (60), Meenakshi (50), Lolakshi, and Tayamma (60).

The remaining thirteen survivors, aged between 11 and 69 years, are undergoing treatment for multiple injuries, including fractures and trauma.

Police have registered a case and launched a detailed investigation to ascertain the exact cause of the accident.

A cow died on the highway, so they placed red cones in the middle of the road. But there were no reflective (radium) stickers on them. Because of that, my car hit the cones.

If I was a little slower, the bus coming behind me could have crashed into my car.
