What we saw was heartbreaking and deeply disturbing. In this Indian state—Assam—thousands of Muslim families are being selectively targeted. Their homes are being bulldozed. They are being pushed into inhuman, unlivable conditions. They’re isolated, not allowed to speak to outsiders, not allowed to receive help. It’s a silent emergency.
I will be sharing everything we documented in the coming posts. The world needs to know what’s happening.
The cold blooded murder of five Al Jazeera journalists is yet another heinous crime committed on Palestinian soil.
The immeasurable courage of those who dare to stand for the truth will never be broken by the violence and hatred of the Israeli state.
In a world where much of the media is enslaved to power and commerce, these brave souls reminded us of what true journalism is.
May they rest in peace.
The Israeli state is committing genocide. It has murdered over 60,000 people, 18,430 of whom were children.
It has starved hundreds to death including many children and is threatening to starve millions.
Enabling these crimes by silence and inaction is a crime in itself.
It is shameful that the Indian Government stands silent as Israel unleashes this devastation on the people of Palestine.
This is my will and my final message. If these words reach you, know that Israel has succeeded in killing me and silencing my voice. First, peace be upon you and Allah’s mercy and blessings.
Allah knows I gave every effort and all my strength to be a support and a voice for my people, ever since I opened my eyes to life in the alleys and streets of the Jabalia refugee camp. My hope was that Allah would extend my life so I could return with my family and loved ones to our original town of occupied Asqalan (Al-Majdal). But Allah’s will came first, and His decree is final. I have lived through pain in all its details, tasted suffering and loss many times, yet I never once hesitated to convey the truth as it is, without distortion or falsification—so that Allah may bear witness against those who stayed silent, those who accepted our killing, those who choked our breath, and whose hearts were unmoved by the scattered remains of our children and women, doing nothing to stop the massacre that our people have faced for more than a year and a half.
I entrust you with Palestine—the jewel in the crown of the Muslim world, the heartbeat of every free person in this world. I entrust you with its people, with its wronged and innocent children who never had the time to dream or live in safety and peace. Their pure bodies were crushed under thousands of tons of Israeli bombs and missiles, torn apart and scattered across the walls.
I urge you not to let chains silence you, nor borders restrain you. Be bridges toward the liberation of the land and its people, until the sun of dignity and freedom rises over our stolen homeland. I entrust you to take care of my family. I entrust you with my beloved daughter Sham, the light of my eyes, whom I never got the chance to watch grow up as I had dreamed.
I entrust you with my dear son Salah, whom I had wished to support and accompany through life until he grew strong enough to carry my burden and continue the mission.
I entrust you with my beloved mother, whose blessed prayers brought me to where I am, whose supplications were my fortress and whose light guided my path. I pray that Allah grants her strength and rewards her on my behalf with the best of rewards.
I also entrust you with my lifelong companion, my beloved wife, Umm Salah (Bayan), from whom the war separated me for many long days and months. Yet she remained faithful to our bond, steadfast as the trunk of an olive tree that does not bend—patient, trusting in Allah, and carrying the responsibility in my absence with all her strength and faith.
I urge you to stand by them, to be their support after Allah Almighty. If I die, I die steadfast upon my principles. I testify before Allah that I am content with His decree, certain of meeting Him, and assured that what is with Allah is better and everlasting.
O Allah, accept me among the martyrs, forgive my past and future sins, and make my blood a light that illuminates the path of freedom for my people and my family. Forgive me if I have fallen short, and pray for me with mercy, for I kept my promise and never changed or betrayed it.
Do not forget Gaza… And do not forget me in your sincere prayers for forgiveness and acceptance.

This is what our beloved Anas requested to be published upon his martyrdom.
The deliberate starving of civilians in Gaza - war-battered children, women, the elderly- is the work of grade A cowards. It is and will remain a blot on the conscience of the world.
That manufactured, settler- colonial Zionist nation has only served to destroy the myth of Western ‘democracies’.
Unconscionable.
Gujarat may have been Hindutva’s laboratory, but the prevailing situation in Assam is all set to make the state India’s darkest blot, on our democratic landscape. The incumbent government of Assam must remember it won’t remain in power forever.

Pro-Palestine protesters with the Indian People in Solidarity with Palestine staged demonstrations targeting McDonald’s in New Delhi on July 14, denouncing the company for its complicity in Israel’s ongoing war on Gaza

It is extremely shameful that India abstained from voting on the Gaza ceasefire at the UN General Assembly on June 12, 2025. India has always stood for peace, justice and human dignity.
• More than 60,000 lives have been lost in Palestine—most of them women and children. Thousands are starving and dying, and the international aid has stopped. This is a humanitarian tragedy.
• At such a time, India should have stood firmly in support of a ceasefire in Gaza, but India abandoned its principled stand against war, genocide and justice.
• India has always chosen to stand with Palestine as a matter of principle and not as a strategy, but today that glorious legacy lies reduced to rubble.
• Today, India has abandoned its principles and has bowed down to Tel Aviv. These were the same principles that once made us the guiding light for leadership values to the world.
🔹 It is essential to remember that global leadership is not built on silence. If we want India's voice to matter on the global stage, the most crucial thing is that we stand up against injustice with courage.
🔹 Today, when Palestine is reeling under violence, humanitarian degradation and growing instability, it is not right for India to remain silent.
▪️ Looking at India's history, the Modi government will have to understand that the world does not listen to the country that speaks the loudest. The world listens to those who speak with full courage and conscience.
"This is a man-made catastrophe."
US surgeon Feroze Sidhwa tells UN Security Council he treated Palestinian children who were deliberately shot by Israel in Gaza. Sidhwa also spoke to Al Jazeera about the horrific injuries Israel is inflicting upon civilians.
