@urbancompany I received a call from the number in the screenshot, shown as a verified Urban Company contact. The caller said females are being hired in Ludhiana to provide female-to-female body massages. This was highly inappropriate. Please investigate this caller urgently.

Warning: Think twice before sharing your number with @Policybazaar. I checked a few plans and now get 10–15 calls daily from agents. Despite repeatedly asking for DND, the calls continue. This is harassment, not marketing. Be careful.

It’s been 5 days since I got Netplus broadband installed and for the last 3 days the internet is not working. The installer is not picking calls.called, emailed customer care multiple times no resolution.Very poor service.
