@ejuncaj8 It is so interesting to me how these machines can start activating and using muscles the patients may not have total voluntary control over! It seems
Iike this machine will help her get back to walking.
@michaelaanuness This video provides an easy to breakdown visual of a PD patient struggling to command their body, and having their leg freeze on them while walking.
@docgoble St. Brown uses his cerebellum to help hold his celebration pose. At 0:12, he balances on his helmet to celebrate his touchdown, and has to maintain balance and his posture to be able to hold this position.
@docgoble Proprioception is seen at 0:20, as Rahm must sense the angle of his backswing and positioning of his arms. Without this sense he would lose total control of his swing and body as a whole. This aids in his ability to control the speed and power of his swing.
@issaxassi I find this use really interesting, as it can easily and accurately help deter, one which exercises are most effective to which specific muscle. This could be really useful to anyone training for something specific or one muscle group when rehabbing from injury!
@MichaelYuschak This play really showed Teslaas elite athletic ability, especially for his NFL debut! In addition to the ability, it provided some of us Lions fans with hope for the week to come….

#EXS3030
Hitting a baseball is one of the hardest sports skills to excel at. It requires elite control of different muscle groups, timing, and hand-eye coordination.
I am taking #EXS3030@OaklanduSHS with @DocGoble because motor control will be a crucial component in my future career as a Physical Therapist. I am passionate about learning how our bodies move and want to focus on injury prevention/recovery in my career.
