@_fefas Academia is easier. It doesn't require much skills or multi-tasking. Just lecture, do research, and meet the requirements. SAN? Get clients, go to court, and spend years litigating. The SC part is the worst. CJ, you need some connection nowadays.

@SarkinMota_AMF You can’t have damages in criminal defamation. Infact, you will only be a complainant and the police will do the rest which means you have little or no control over how the case is prosecuted. In addition, no damages will be awarded to you. Damages are awarded in civil action.
