@Dahabshil @FCDOGovUK @PycroftC @ctoepell A bank that refused to give cash to his customers is not a bank. They tell me that you can transfer between Dahabshiil bank or utilise E-dahab to shop around, and all of this is happening in Mogadishu. I'm not sure about other parts of Somalia.

@Dahabshil As we have had a Dahabshiil account for more than15 years.We recently discovered that we cannot withdraw cash from it They informed us that consumers can only send money overseas or transfer funds between Dahabshil accounts. Please notify me if your bank's policies have changed
