[UPDATE: RESOLVED] : Thanks to @JazzCash social media team, after my post a team continuously updated me about my complaints related to loan settlement and NOC. The matter that took helpline and email guys 26 days, social media team at JazzCash got it resolved in 3 working days.

I'm begging for help from @JazzCash and @MobilinkBank for 22 days just to close my loan the remaining amount is zero but their system shows PKR 1500 and it's already paid but they won't settle it, @StateBank_Pak is also helpless in this matter. It's an old loan but they won't settle even if it's paid. Just look at these all unresolved complaint numbers:

Surprisingly Laptop SIM card support has existed in the late 2000s and early 2010s. Many business laptops from Lenovo, Dell, and HP had 3G, later 4G LTE and now 5g. Some even had SIM slots hidden behind the battery. But it never became mainstream:
1) Smartphones became personal hotspots
2) Extra cost for adding modem,Antennas, SIM slot, Carrier certifications with x86 infrastructure (Intel & AMD chips are not designed for SIM cards in mind)
3) Wi-Fi became everywhere, the only place left was Airplanes now satellite has covered it.
4) Network and Carrier bands complexity like GSM, CDMA etc

Now, cellular laptops are making a comeback the only reason is ARM based chips eliminate all of these major problems.

This is actually good marketing, they didn't mentioned ambient temp and yes the outdoor temperature actually goes to 60C-65C. The compressor inside this metal unit heats up while working, the heat trapped by metal box and then heat absorbs by black metal compressor body and then heat generated by compressor while working at 45-47C. These all adds up and I think that point the outdoor actually hits 60-65 at some point of a day.

Difference is usually in the capitalization of the "B":
100 Mbp/s = 100 megabits per second
100 MB/s = 100 megabytes per second
Since:
1 Byte = 8 bits
Therefore:
100 Mbps ÷ 8 = 12.5 MB/s
100 MB/s × 8 = 800 Mbps
Example
If your internet plan is 100 Mbps, the fastest download speed you'll see is around 12.5 MB/s.

Play Store often shows the compressed download size and uses App Bundles(XAPK), so it delivers files needed for your specific device while iOS often shows the full app package size. Google play will download additional assets after installation.
The real comparison isn't the App Store/Play Store number, it's the actual storage used after installation. A 15 MB Android download can easily grow much larger once installed and cached.
