@icbc That’s exactly what I did. I booked an appointment for renewal of my drivers license and took the required documents for me. Why would they ask for my residence permit/card if I’ve satisfied the ID requirements?

@icbc your website mentions that a primary and secondary ID is required for drivers license renewal. If both the conditions are satisfied, why would I need to furnish my permits/residency card additionally? This is such a waste of time and extremely disappointing.
