@londyloo I’ve been experimenting with yoga nidra lately. It’s a 20-30 min meditation that re-energizes you. I do them mid-afternoon on long days but plan to also use them on long shifts or to prepare for overnights (if I can get away for 20 minutes.)

@WKemp_MT_4N6 These look like adult femurs. Both the white streaking in the muscles and the dark areas (I think between muscles and subQ) look abnormal to me. I was going to guess that the dark areas are a tissue infection but I see it on both legs, and bilateral infection seems unlikely.
