Paank strongly condemns the killing of three civilians and the injury of two others in the Khadkocha area of Mastung, #Balochistan following shelling by Pakistani military helicopter gunships during security operations. According to the reported information, the victims were laborers working in orchards and were not participating in the hostilities.

Among those killed was Bada Nosani, son of Hair Din Nosani Bugti, the only son of his elderly, visually impaired parents. The other deceased and injured individuals belong to the Shalwani Takkar of the Bugti tribe.

International human rights standards require all parties to distinguish at all times between civilians and those directly participating in hostilities, and to take every feasible precaution to protect civilian lives. Reports of civilian deaths and injuries in the context of military operations demand a prompt, independent, impartial, and transparent investigation, with accountability for any violations and effective remedies for victims and their families.

Paank calls on the related authorities to immediately investigate this incident, ensure accountability where unlawful conduct is established, and take concrete measures to prevent further harm to civilians.

جبری گمشدگیاں، جس میں مرد خواتین نوجوان، بزرگ، حتیٰ کہ بچے بھی ایک منظم پالیسی کے تحت جبری گمشدگیوں کا نشانہ بن رہے ہیں، اور یہ انسانی حقوق کی منظم اور سنگین خلاف ورزیاں ہیں، جن کا مقصد صرف اور صرف بلوچ قوم کو خوفزدہ کرنا، بلوچستان میں موجود سیاسی و مزاحمتی آوازوں کو خاموش کرنا ہے۔
ان سنگین انسانی حقوق کی پامالیوں پر مسلسل خاموشی، مؤثر احتساب کا فقدان اور ذمہ داروں کو حاصل استثنیٰ نے اس جبر کو مزید بے لگام کر ��یا ہے جو کہ بلوچستان خوف، عدم تحفظ اور اجتماعی سزا کی ایک المناک علامت بنتا جا رہا ہے۔

آصف بلوچ اور سلمان بلوچ جو کہ طالبعلم ہیں جنہیں کوئٹہ سے جبری گمشدگی کا نشانہ بنایا گیا ہے۔ آصف اور سلمان کی بازیابی کو یقینی بنایا جائے۔
