We ve been telling u our problem fr 8 days bt u r nt giving any solution to it. Neither did u give any call nor did u send anyone to check. U shld cal us or send technicians within 24 hrs and solve this problem otherwise we ll close BSNL service forever.

I need a copper cable connection. My shop is about 30/40 feet away from your main service connection box. Please give me the copper cable connection.I didn't want fibre technology .it's a request to you, let's consider it n provide copper cable connection to us ASAP.
