Hi Mate🖐🏿!

🚀 AI Systems Design & Development
📟 SaaS Product Engineering
📈 Data Analytics

Let's Build Together 👉: https://t.co/e10Rct9HqN
And the best market regions to target are those that are fast growing (e.g. the Asia Pacific market) and appearing as emerging frontiers (Latin America, Africa & Middle East)
A market that reached $390bn in 2025 & projected to reach $1,578.2bn by 2031 at Compound Annual Growth Rate of 26.24%, SaaS is far from being dead.
In fact, now is the time to build for the B2B market!
The B2B market segment that is most brimming with opportunties with opportunities is the CRMs. If you are targeting this market, top producta to build include:
🏥 Healthcare & Clinic CRM
💊 Pharmacy CRM
🏡 Real Estate CRM
⚖️ Law Firm CRM
🎓 School & Student CRM
🏗️ Construction CRM
🚚 Logistics & Fleet CRM

Life as a SaaS Builder & Bootstrapper |Researcher
----
About 3 months ago, I decided to build an asset of porfolio as a way of creating a diversified income stream.
Two of my SaaS products, BizTrack-OS and Crea8it Studio Lab contributed have combined 5.07% to my income stream between June to July '26.
Here is the breakdown
-Research & Consulting: 94.93%
-BizTrack-OS: 3.04%
-Crea8it Studio: 2.03%
-StaX360 : 0%
August is Here!
Happy new month Mates!
Gambatte!
@unfairintern Personally selling sells well and convert better than the conventional marketing campaign and ads for a product that is relatively new and unknown in the market
-------------
After 2 Months of Bootstrapping and Distributing BizTrack-OS organically
--------------
- User Base: 20 users (up by +33.3%🔼 vs. June )
- Free-to-Paid (FTP) Conversion: 1/5 new users that signed up were converted (down by 20.0%🔻 vs 26.7% in June)
- Customer Churn: 1 out of 4 paying customers in the month of June did not renew (25.0% churn rate)
- Renewal Rate: 3/4 June paying users renewed translating to 75% retention rate
- MRR: N9k (up by +50.0%🔼 vs. June )
All achieved via 100% organic distribution

For context sake, https://t.co/S724dzsffN is a smart business app for all SMEs
4 out of 15 users are paying for https://t.co/rTq1uC4EyT after month one.
Here's what I learned — and what every solo bootstrapper should know about understanding users and driving conversion

I am not worried about sign ups.
I am more concerned about churn and highly focused on retention rate because when a SaaS product churns, it dies...and when it retain active paying users, it grows
Bootstrapping a startup or an idea neccessitate a different level of shrewdness especially if you have limited cash to burn in taking your product to the market, make its first sale, and achieve product market fit.
Being shrewd is all about doing one or all of the following along with other tens I don't have here
- Build a quality product product but don't over engineer
- Avoid shipping features that users might not use.
- Don't get caught in the "AI Cobweb". Non AI-first SaaS products like https://t.co/S724dzsffN are still winning the market in the AI-era
One of the strategies that I am using to analyse and understand how likely a churn is to occur is by engineering an audit trail on the admin side of the BizTrack-OS.
I ensure that every user login is flagged as active on a daily basis and if a user hasn't been active, they are assigned any of the following tags depending on the last seen date
- 🟡 Quite
- 🔴 At Risk
-👻 Ghost
Believe me it has been working. I know who to follow up and get to know what is wrong since my product is relatively young and i can not assume that everything is fine in the use of the app from the customers' side
You can check BizTrack-OS here: https://t.co/S724dzsffN
Understand the basic language that the target users are saying, and use that in your distribution strategy. If what they understand is "problem"...then mention that your product is solving "problem". Don't be like my product is solving "chaos" for you
