@googleaccount@gmail Twelve days locked out of my own account. I know my password. I did everything you asked. You approved my recovery in writing and never applied it. Your security didn't stop a hacker — it stopped me. Does anyone there actually read these?
@googleaccount@gmail@Google Twelve days locked out. I have my password AND my backup codes — but your "unusual activity" screen blocks me before 2-step even loads, so the codes are useless. You approved my recovery in writing and never applied it. Thread 471882289
@gmail@Google@GoogleDrive@googledocs Eleven days locked out. You approved my recovery in writing, then never applied it. Same computer, same Wi-Fi, no VPN — every condition met. All my work is in Drive. [email protected] — thread 471882289
@googleaccount@gmail Eleven days. My entire work archive is sitting in Drive and I can't touch a file of it. You approved my recovery in writing and never applied it. Just unlock it long enough to pull my own data out, then keep the account. [email protected]
@gmail You approved my recovery in writing, then never applied it. Same computer, same Wi-Fi, no VPN — every condition met. Still blocked, "Try another way" loops. 11 days. [email protected] — thread 471882289
@googleaccount@gmail Your suggested fix doesn't work. Both numbers are rejected, "Try another way" loops back, and the account is now blocked for too many attempts. 10+ days locked out with the correct password. I need an actual escalation path, not a help-center link. Thread:
@gmail I’ve been locked out for over a week despite knowing my password. Phone verification rejects two different numbers, and “Try another way” loops back to the same step. Please help me regain access. Google Account Help Community thread: 471882289.
@googleaccount Hi @gmail, I’m frustrated that I’ve been locked out for over a week despite knowing my password. Two phone numbers were rejected, and “Try another way” loops back to phone verification. Please help.
Affected account: [email protected]
@googleaccount I’ve already tried two different phone numbers, and both are rejected with the same error. “Try another way” also returns me to phone verification. I’ve been locked out for over a week. What should I do when your suggested solution doesn’t work?
