Hi @ixigo i have booked a flight however my flight was cancelled by the airlines and hence i asked you for refund however, before cancellation i was informed via email from @ixigo that i will get full refund but now when i can see that you have deducted cancellation charges fraud

@SwiggyCares And after 2hrs of waiting for my order and when im done with your customer support who dont know anything and were wasting my time then i asked them multiple times to cancel my order then my refund was initiated. If u cant deliver the order u should inform the customer
