@jay5mcdonald @mcuban I didn't say they should blow the whistle. You said both teams have a challenge, but they don't if they have used them already, which is why the rule is the ref can review if they choose during that time. I'm not at all saying blow a whistle just because.

@mcuban I agree that the refs should have an opportunity to review a play like that, but I think it should come IF and only if the opposing team gets the ball and calls timeout, not that the ref should just blow the whistle.
