A highlight was building a script that processes log files—my first taste of real backend tasks. Overall, I’m starting to think more like a backend developer and feel good about my progress.

This month, I focused on backend development using Python through the ALX program. I worked on scripting, debugging, and understanding core backend concepts like file I/O and modular code.

I successfully completed several projects, improved my use of Git, and gained confidence writing clean, reusable functions.

One challenge was grasping recursion and file handling, but I overcame it through extra practice and reading documentation.

Today I ran into a small but frustrating issue while working in the terminal. I was trying to change directories using cd /tmp |, thinking it would help me chain something , but it didn’t work.The terminal just spit back an error.

I choose ChatGPT’s , Google’s tool or Canvas features for learning. I use chatgpt for debugging my code.I like intensive long hour coding and debugging with these AI tools.I am kinesthethic learner too so I like learning from errors.

I took a test on https://t.co/TeYYWElOhY and I get to know I am Kinesthetic learner. They like to touch, taste, smell, and be active within the lesson in order to best process and remember . They struggle when a lesson or activity is too sedentary.
