2. On asking by other passengers this driver said i will reach haridwar in 7hr which usually takes 12hrs by any means of private or Govt vehiles in such a offroad hilly place, sir pls i request you take necessary actions on this matter.@nitin_gadkari @MORTHIndia @UTDBofficial
