It’s 12 AM in Borivali, Mumbai, and there hasn’t been a train towards Virar or Bhayandar for the last 20 minutes. Passengers pay their hard-earned money for railway services, yet basic operations can’t be managed.
@RailMinIndia@RailwaySeva@mumbai_locals
Hope the same planning you do for checking morning trains or conducting safety checks at the entry point is applied here too, because this is a total failure of the department.
@RailwaySeva@mumbai_locals
Dadar local trains were delayed by 30 to 40 minutes, while two AC locals ran back to back. Frustrated commuters are left with little choice but to board them, and TTEs are waiting inside to fine passengers.
@mumbai_locals@RailwaySeva
If trains are delayed, no one is held accountable. So today, I made the TTE wait nearly 30 minutes before showing my ticket, just so they could experience what commuters go through every day.
What to do with these regular superfast trains?? @RailMinIndia@RailwaySeva@drmbct
Should we stop using the AC trains or hold a protest at your head office?
What’s the point of paying ₹2,000 for a monthly pass when Mumbai local trains are constantly delayed? Commuters are left stranded, reach work late, and bear the consequences every single day. There has to be accountability.
@mumbai_locals@drmbct@RailwaySeva
@drmbct@mumbai_locals@RailwaySeva Well, Technical issues cannot be the answer every day. This train is routinely 10 minutes late, and so are many others. I can share daily updates to prove it.
Someone needs to take responsibility for this. If the department cannot manage the system efficiently, its leadership should resign or hand over operations to a private operator that can provide a more reliable service.
This is the JP North, Mira Road area, where there is always heavy traffic. The traffic police are actively issuing challans, and with due respect, they are doing their job.
@DhirajRMishra21@GemsOfMBMC@MBVVPOLICE
Road safety is important, but so is managing traffic congestion and improving road conditions. Citizens are expected to follow the rules, and authorities should be equally committed to addressing the issues that affect commuters every day.
@MBVVPOLICE@DhirajRMishra21
Today, around 10–12 police and traffic personnel were stationed at Marigold Circle near RBK School to fine local residents. However, there is hardly anyone managing the daily traffic congestion from JP to Mangal Nagar.
@MBVVPOLICE
There are major traffic and road issues that the traffic department could focus on, rather than only looking for someone without a helmet. The situation can work both ways.
@MBVVPOLICE@GemsOfMBMC
I hope the authorities focus on resolving the traffic issues first and worry about their revenue targets later.
The way you issue fines, I hope you show the same commitment towards managing traffic and serving the public.
@MBVVPOLICE@mymirabhy@DhirajRMishra21@MiraRdHelpline
@MBVVPOLICE
Around 10–12 traffic police officers stopped me near Marigold Circle, close to RBK School. They checked all my documents and spoke very politely. However, after I reached home, I received a fine.
The situation at Delhi Hazrat Nizamuddin station is बेहद poor and unsafe. The crowd is completely unmanaged and this can lead to a serious accident anytime.
@DelhiPolice
@vjkatikala@asliarpita@RahulGandhi First, you call it violent, then you change the topic. People like you stand with other issues, but when someone says something offensive about our religion, you think we know nothing and can be manipulated. Either don't comment or don't try to defend such statements.
