Congratulations to all the children and ‘grown ups’ who ran at the Stonor Park event this morning. We had a fabulous turn out of Heights and ‘Heights to be’ children and parents and some impressive results. Huge thanks to @ruperthouse staff and parents for organising it.
@femkesvs https://t.co/P8m6Qadods for adhoc advice on specific topics. The same content covered in more detail in book form in Inspired and Empowered (by @cagan)
@British_Airways my flight has been cancelled and been automatically rebooked on a different date. The dates don't suit me and I've been trying to get through to BA customer care - but 30 mins waiting on the phone yesterday and trying since morning today. What should I do?

@tomasmcguinness Hey - Have you looked at this? They have some defined ideas on what’s required and funding if required as well. It’s an NHS initiative. https://t.co/rGstj21J85
@GWRHelp Setting up and offering clarity on a %age discount for next year based on the number of months of reduced service might be a win/win situation for train companies and season ticket holders. i.e. GWR doesn’t have to refund, but offers a 25% renewal disc for 3 months disruption.

@geoffwhite247 2/2 Meanwhile, mobile operators continue to promote A2P SMS for 2FA. Cheekily, they also make money by selling SIM swap and mobile identity checks to financial orgs to detect that the account takeover has happened. The focus needs to shift from fraud detection to prevention.
@geoffwhite247 1/2 It definitely is. The focus needs to also be on the operators preventing the account takeover to happen initially. Lack of proper fraud prevention and ID&V at the operators allows the ATO to happen. They are culpable, but with lack of liability, get away.
