At E1 level recruit graduates who work so hard for years meticulously to crack toughest GATE exam and got into organization.
At E3 level recruit graduates who cleared an exam far below the standard of GATE and having very questionable experience.

Manager DR Recruitment is a serious scam. How can be 6 years of AAI experience is equal to 5 years of outside experience. Equating AAI experience with outside experience will definitely going to compromise the Air Safety.

Sir, please stop the manager level recruitment as there is no experience available in open market which actually be helpful for cns job. Recruiting at E1 level through one of toughest GATE exam is far better.

CNS experience is unique in India and finding this level of experience from outside in India is a compromise to Airport Operational Safety. This recruitment should be scrapped.
