The build up was HOPE, FINGERS CROSSED, PRAYING or whatever else rocks your boat. Not sure what your struggling with here

@NiallGraham91 @sirwilcox @deirdreheenan Lived in Australia 19 years. Medicare is good but not like the NHS. Prescriptions, ambulance etc comes at a cost. If NHS were to start charging the same there would be more money available for wages. Also, it is very much pushed for people to have Private cover even if basic.
