ባለፈው ሳምንት ሰኞ ቤዛ ጌታሁን ከእናቷና የአንድ አመት እድሜ ካለው ልጇ ጋር ወክ አድርጋ ወደቤቷ እየተመለሰች ነበር፡፡

በአሌክሳንድሪያ ቨርጂኒያ ነዋሪ የሆነችው ይህች ወጣት ድንገት አንድ መኪና ወደእነሱ አቅጣጫ እየበረረ ሲመጣ ትመለከታለች፡፡ ይህንን ጊዜ ራሷን አሳልፋ በመስጠት የምትወዳቸውን ሰዎች የማዳን ጀግንነት ትፈፅማለች፡፡

እናቷንና ህፃን ልጇን ወደጎን በመግፋት ከአደጋ ብታተርፋቸውም ያ መኪና ግን እሷን ይገጫታል፡፡ አደጋ ያደረሰውን ኢንሹራንስ የሌለው መኪና ያሽከረክር የነበረው የአስራ ሰባት አመት ወጣት ነበር፡፡ ይሁን እንጂ በቤዛ ላይ የደረሰው ይህ አሳዛኝ አደጋ ከባድ የአንጎል ጉዳትን ከማድረሱም በላይ የልብ መዘጋትን አስከትሎባታል፡፡

በመሆኑም በፍጥነት በአካባቢው ወደሚገኝ ሆስፒታል እንድትገባ ተደርጎ አስቸጋሪ የአንጎል ቀዶ ጥገና ሊደረግላት ችሏል፡፡ ቢሆንም አሁንም በመተንፈሻ መሳሪያ ድጋፍ ህይወቷን እየመራች ነው፡፡

ቤዛ አሁን ያለችበት ሁኔታ በጣም አሳሳቢ መሆኑን የገለፀው ሄኖክ ግዛው ይሁንና በፀሎትና በፈጣሪ ምህረት ትድናለች የሚል ተስፋ እንዳለ አስረድቷል፡፡ ጨምሮም ቢሆንም ቀጣይ ህይወቷ እጅግ ከባድ እንደሚሆንባትና ተከታታይ ህክምና፣ መድሀኒትና ማገገሚያን ጨምሮ ከፍተኛ ወጪ እንደሚጠብቃት ገልጿል፡፡

እስካሁን እየታከመችበት ያለው ሂሳብ በራሱም ከባድ እንደሆነ አስረድቶም ይህንን የእዳ ጫናዋን ለመቀነስና ወደፊት የሚጠብቃትን ወጪ ለመጋራት የሚያስችል የጎ ፈድሚ አካውንት መክፈቱን አስታውቋል፡፡ መጠኑ ምንም ያህል ይሁን በጎ አድራጊዎች የምታደርጉት ማናቸውም አስተዋፅኦ የቤዛን ህይወትና ቤተሰብ ይታደጋልና ትብብር እንድታደርጉ በትህትና እንጠይቃለን ሲልም ጥሪ አቅርቧል፡፡
