@DIBtoday I have been trying to log complaints alll day. Wait time on tge phone is over 50 minutes. I have tagged customer suppurt here and even sent dms no response
@DIBsupport been trying to get on the phone for over an hour this is the second phone call. But cant get through there should be other ways. Or please get more support staff @DIBtoday
So long story short Im still not registered through no fault of mine. I will receive a hefty postpaid bill at the end of the month for services I have not been using and all the stress. A clerical task that could be done in under a minute @dutweets@duCares HOW IS THIS FAIR?
How my week went with @dutweets@duCares. Sunday I go to get a new sim card. I register manually since their recommended online registration wont work. Since I cannot use my sim I go to @etisalatUAE and buy a temporal simcard. They register me under 30 seconds
I now call customer service and after spending 3 hours at the mall they tell me all sorted. I go to branch they tell me not sorted. I call again after a hour they say still sorted and I go to branch guess what not sorted. So @dutweets playing ping pong with me all day. Must b fun
I finally get a reply saying oh they registered one number but not the number i have been walking up and down all week complaining about. And they ask me to return to a branch after spending 6 hours at the mall for a simple task. @dutweets@duCares
48 hours later I go to branch and guesss what, its not done. The agents look at me like i am making a big deal and even tell me, i have never registered my id. They say I should report my sim stolen and theyd be able to get one for me. offcourse it didn’t work @dutweets
