Santa Cruz for abolition

[Abolish Santa Cruz @AbolishSC]

This is EXACTLY how climate change affects the most marginalized & vulnerable people first! The AQI is 225+ & these farmworkers in the Bay Area are still working, risking their lungs & lives in order to survive. This is environmental racism.

My friend and fellow archaeologist needs support. As if this year hasn’t been hard enough, she lost all of her belongings to the fire and needs to get back to her family on the east coast. Please share or donate!

Passing this on. "Defund" means refunding money from police budget, which 60% now goes to policing and locking up homeless people. We can do better. https://t.co/mmwhMUSdj1

Two additional Santa Cruz County residents have died of COVID-19, the health officer just announced.

That raises total deaths in the county to six and marks the first time multiple deaths have been reported at once.

[her majesty the baby @hexed_x]

SCPD destroying people's lives. Multiple unhoused people residing in the #Benchlands community confirm that they have nowhere to go.

[Brown Girl Archaeologist✨ @ms_self_dstruct]

Call to action!!!! If you’re in Santa Cruz right now please head over to the Benchlands area as observers and support are needed!!!

[Brown Girl Archaeologist✨ @ms_self_dstruct]

Who do you protect? Who do you serve? This is disgusting. #FTP
