It is a useless accord.

No serious presidential candidate has ever openly preached or called for violence. Responsibility and statesmanship should not require an accord, esp one with fundamental credibility & leadership issues, presided over by a former military dictator in a democracy.

It is certainly no antidote to gutter rhetoric, such as the infamous “Yes, Daddy” proclamation, which was both divisive & unfortunate.
