@cryiistalls If you good with baking, you can make egg “muffins”, put whatever you want in that, or get complex and make a quiche. Add a little cheese. When you add other foods, don’t need to salt it, utilize the salt from the food. And if you like black pepper, eat more of that too,
@cryiistalls Just incorporate more eggs into your life. Plenty of things you can make with eggs alone. Fried egg, hard boiled egg, soft boiled egg, add veggies into your eggs, you can cure yolks in a salt bin and shave them into your foods. Egg whites, etc. quest bars/ buy in bulk. Save $$
@cryiistalls But eating a protein bar isn’t going to cut it. It’s like eating a snack, your brain doesn’t turn off the signal to stop eating certain kind of foods. It’ll help for a day at work when time is limited, but at home. It becomes a meal.
@cryiistalls If you buy protein bars, make sure to avoid any w/ high fructose corn syrup in it. My favorite are RXbars or quest. But overtime, eating the sugar free bars, you can taste it all the time and it becomes a chore to stomach one.
@cryiistalls You move more than I do. Waaay more. Remember, stepping in place still counts as a step. Short strides, long strides, so do long strides when you feel you’re capable of doing it. Me in my 20’s: averaged between 15k-25k. In 30’s, 10k. 40’s: I’ve become a slug.

@cryiistalls I have bad knees from a two torn medial meniscus tear, been living with mild Osteoarthritis for 18 years. I feel your pain. It has significantly reduced my ability to be really physical.
@cryiistalls You don’t need to do much, just allow yourself to tap into “Me time.” Me time is personal growth/grooming/treat yourself time. So take one activity that absorbs your free time and put it into doing something that you’ll eventually like doing.
@cryiistalls Thing is you might be thirsty over actual hunger. When you can identify the difference between thirst and hunger, then you can control your appetite. I drink like 2-4 gallons of water almost each day. Does not do justice for your bladder.
If eggplant and apricots were the last remaining source of food after the nuclear fall out or in the post apocalyptic world: I would choose the option of “hope” or neither and bury my grave.
@lilylikestocry Blood pressure is low due to lack of eating. If you’ve done k, drink water + cranberry/prune juice. Stomach cramps are common with k use, k constipates you. If you’ve been riding the white stallion, do nasal saline rinses. Pale skin can be a sign of iron deficiency.
