Clarification concerning a voicenote of mine from 2021 that is being circulated.
It has come to my attention that there is a voicenote of mine being circulated concerning individuals speaking against Abu Iyaadh. This occurred in 2021 way before the issue developed into what it has become.
Firstly it should be known:
1. This audio was in relation to that which was being mentioned concerning some of the early writings of Abu Iyaadh regarding covid related issues, and that those writings were being used to claim that Abu Iyaadh was intending the rulers with his speech. I did not believe at the time that was the case (i.e. that he intended the rulers) and so I expressed that in that audio.
2. We advised in private that much could be misunderstood from his writings and he consequently put out a clarification concerning his intent. That was the end of that chapter. The voicenote does not relate to anything that transpired after that.
3. As for that which followed this, and continues to manifest, of ill speech concerning Ahlul Ilm wal Fadl (from them Shaikh Abdullah Al Bukhāri and Shaikh Arafāt Al Muhammadi) and the ongoing support and promotion of those who actively do so, then I DO NOT agree with any of it. No-one would have foreseen that the issue would have developed into what it has become, nor that there would be anyone in support of this.
Wallahul Must’aan
To have a strong understanding you must learn Arabic!
Ibn Taymīyah:
Allah revealed the Quran in Arabic.
He decreed for His Messenger to convey the Quran & Sunnah in Arabic.
The Companions spoke Arabic.
So learning Arabic is part of the religion.

The Farewell Advice of Our Brother Marcellus (Khalifah) Williams to His Brothers and Sisters
Yesterday, on the 24th of September 2024, we had a conversation with our brother Marcellus, approximately an hour before his execution, alongside Shaykh @anwarphilly.
His final words were a reminder to remain steadfast, to cling to the Qur’an and Sunnah, and to never lose hope in Allah’s Mercy. May Allah grant him Paradise.

Shaykh Khālid Al-Dhafīrī (@almadani_k): What I have Witnessed in the UK from its Students and Mashāyikh, from Goodness, Cooperation, Adherence to the Sunnah and connecting the Youth to the Senior Scholars
Our, Shaikh, the ʿAllāmah, Rabeeʿ Ibn Hādī Al-Madkhalī (may Allāh preserve him) said in some powerful words:
"The Salafis in the east of the world and its west, the Arabs and non-Arabs—all of them are as if they are one family.
The Indian [Salafi] is united with the Saudi, with the Yemeni, and so on, with all races and all nations. They are as brothers as if nurtured at the hands of one scholar—upon one manhaj, one ʿaqeedah—and the way they deal with events and tribulations, subhānallāh, [even though] one is in the east, one in the west, and the other in the Hijāz, [regardless] their view is the same. Why? Because their manhaj is precise and proper—all of them—and they take from the same fountain. May Allah bless you.
I have seen that the Salafis: those in the north, the south, the east and the west—all of them are brothers, may Allah bless you. The Shaikhs of the north are the Shaikhs of the south, and the Shaikhs of the south are the Shaikhs of the north—they are all united.
No one says [only] Shaikh so-and-so or [only] so-and-so. You will not find this [among them] — rather, all of them are his shaikhs, and students of knowledge—and all of them are his brothers, may Allah bless you.
Now, I advise the youth with this brotherhood—and not to separate between the Saudi, or the Yemeni, or the Hindi, or the Pakistani, or the Sindhi, or the American—all of them are brothers for the sake of Allah, joined together with the bond of Islam, and the bond of this methodology (manhaj)."
A lovely gathering yesterday with the Shaikh, Dr. Khālid Adh-Dhafīrī @almadani_k from Kuwait, from the well-known students of the great scholar and Muhaddith, Rabee’ Ibn Hādī Al-Madkhalī @rabee_almadkhli at Masjid At-Tawheed in Cardiff (Wales) @TawheedCardiff.
Likewise, there was a long overdue reunion with our brother, the noble Shaikh, Abu Abdillāh Hasan as-Somali @hikmahpubs over several cups of coffee!
We spent many hours with our brothers from the students of knowledge and callers to Allah: Abu ‘Ukkāshah @Abu_Ukkaashah from @SalafiDawahMK & @Oxford_Dawah, Shamsi from @DusDawah, Zubair as-Somali from @DawahTH, etc. Brotherhood upon the Sunnah and love for Allah’s sake, walillāhil-hamd!
Before we left to return back to Birmingham, close to midnight, the brothers showed us the amazing progress of Masjid At-Tawheed in Cardiff.
So, the first video shows the sisters’ prayer area, and the second video shows the brothers’ prayer area. There are other prayer areas of Masjid that I couldn’t video as there were attendees staying overnight.
May Allah bless this Masjid and Markaz—and bless the administration and teachers for their efforts and striving in His cause.
Brothers and sisters! This is how we establish the Manhaj of Tasfiyah and Tarbiyah (Purification and Cultivation) in our communities, bārakallāhu-feekum.
Shaykh Abd Ar-Razzaq Al-Badr حفظه الله pushing his father in a wheelchair, The Muhaddith of Madina, Al-Allamah, Ash-Shaykh Abd Al-Muhsin Al-Abbad حفظه الله after the Janazah of Al-Allamah Ash-Shaykh Nasir Al-Faqihi رحمه الله رحمة واسعة.
May الله preserve the scholars alive and have mercy on those who have returned.
The last seven days have been days of knowledge—and all praise is for Allah—days filled with the remembrance of Allah, studying the Sunnah, clarifying the Methodology and ‘Aqeedah of the Salaf, Ahlul-Hadīth and Ahlul-Athar—and these are praiseworthy titles that refer to Ahlus-Sunnah wal-Jamā’ah—they are one body, united upon the truth.
Thousands gathered at these venues, brothers and sisters, from across the UK, Europe and elsewhere.
First at the Birmingham Summer Conference 2024 with @SalafiPubs at @MasjidSalafi from Friday to Sunday last weekend, then in Bradford at @albaseerah on Monday, Manchester at @SalafiCentre on Tuesday, Wednesday in Cardiff at @TawheedCardiff and Saturday at a packed conference in West London organised by @DaarusSunnah@_MuSunnah and @MasjidusSunnah.
May Allāh reward the rest of the speakers who participated over the last week, travelling and teaching: @AbuIyaadSP@AbuIdrees@uwaysT@Abdulilah_UK@IbnAkhdar@AbuHafsahKK
During these days, we saw the heads of over 20 Islamic centres in the UK visiting their brothers, and cooperating with them for Allah’s sake—some we’ve known for three decades and others for only a few years: @MasjdIbnSeereen@MrkzIbnMubarak@Athariyyah@MarkazMuaadh@MarkazSalafi@IslamStoke@DawahTH@Oxford_Dawah@SalafiDawahMK to name a few.
Thousands of free leaflets were shared through the @SalafiBookstore and @CCDawah
All of this is by the grace and bounty of Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, upon us.
The da’wah of Ahlul-Sunnah and Salafiyyah in the UK has reached heights today not seen before.
So, let us maintain the momentum and the striving—remain sincere and steadfast, seeking the Face of Allah. Learn this Deen, act upon it and share its message with your family, friends and community.
Begin with Tawheed (the worship of Allah alone) and the ‘Aqeedah, cling to the Sunnah, purify your hearts, perform righteous deeds, avoid innovations, and hold fast to the Rope of Allāh, altogether united—with that, you will attain Allah’s pleasure.
Our elder scholars such as Shaikh Rabee’, Shaikh Muqbil Al-Wādi’ī, Shaikh ‘Ubaid, Shaikh An-Najmi, Shaikh Zayd Al-Madkhali, Shaikh Muhammad Al-Banna and his brother Shaikh Hasan always advised us with brotherhood and avoiding the paths that lead to differing.
Likewise, this is what we heard from the great ones of their age such as Shaikh Al-Albānī, Shaikh Ibn Bāz, Shaikh Muhammad Amān Al-Jāmī and Shaikh Ibn ‘Uthaimeen (rahimahumullāh).
We keep reminding ourselves, our brothers and sisters, the youth and the elders to be grateful to Allah, and ‘proclaim the bounties of your Lord’!
Do not allow Shaytan or unguided good intentions to deceive you into thinking that there is any good in dividing or separating the Salafi ranks, and ‘doing your own thing’ independent from the rest of the Salafis, especially those who have preceded you. Take the advice of these scholars, and the elders because ‘the barakah is with your elders’.
And the scholars such as our Shaikh, the ‘Allāmah, Rabee’ Al-Madkhalī always advised with cooperation, love and brotherhood among the Salafis and to avoid all means that lead to division and differing—and I translated some beautiful words from him in a recent post, so may Allah reward the noble scholar.
I advise the Muslims who have love for the Sunnah and the Truth to study the belief, methodology and fiqh of the Sahābah and the early generations—may Allah bless you. In clinging to their path, there is salvation—and by leaving their path, and choosing other paths, there is misery and misguidance.
I ask Allāh to maintain our unity here in the UK, the US, Canada, Europe, the Caribbean and across the world based on the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) with the understanding of the Companions (may Allah be pleased with them). This is the path of guidance and success, and every other path is astray—and we seek Allah’s aid.
Abu Khadeejah.
And he who loves you, will never accept you as you are. Rather, he will seek to fix your defect, supplement your deficiency, and step forward for advising you, and for your rectification.
