My cousin brother died last year at the age of 39 years old without getting married, But 17 years ago he impregnated a lady the lady had a baby girl for him, but he never took care of the child. so after his burial last year the baby mama reached out that we should come for our niece . That we should come and take her that she’s our family. Being that my late cousins dad (my uncle) who was supposed to go is late , my dad had to go with some people as a representative. My dad went with drinks and kola nuts, to meet with her uncle’s, the uncle’s demanded for 50 million because she’s a girl that if she was a boy that they would have asked for 100 million, my dad asked why such amount? They said it was for neglecting her that they took care of her for 17 years with no support. My dad priced 500k? They refused. My papa went home with his umunna 😂😂😂
Perception of options can be a bad thing. ❌
You don't work hard/smart enough because you know you can go back to your parents' house when things go bad.
You don't build your country because you know you can japa to UK/US/Canada.
You don't treat your spouse right because of the numerous people in your DMs saying "hello".
You procrastinate alot of actions because you think you have tomorrow.
You don't go extra at the gym because there are surgeries and medicine to make your "lean".
Options can be a bad thing. ❌
What type of "options" are holding you back?
She gave out the car her husband bought for her as birthday gift to her pastor as seed without the husbands consent… saying that his prayers are working for her family 😂😂
Every day I see posts on X warning people that building rental apartments is a bad investment. ❌❌
Also, every day I also see posts on X of people complaining about how their landlords have increased their rents.
