Okay, Yelp, I give. There is apparently no one, human or otherwise, who knows what is going on. You have “decided” where I live - except it’s not where I live. There is more erroneous information you have assumed to be correct.
Can anyone tell me how to contact an actual human at Yelp? They’ve decided I live in a neighborhood where I don’t live. Moreover, they have decided to recommend restaurants that aren’t available to me, because I don’t live in the “gated community” that’s “residents only” exists.

@Sears customer service FAIL. New refrigerator delivered today. While we were cleaning it after the guys left, the main door came off its hinges and pieces fell off. We're being told it can't be repaired for 3 days. Really? So disappointed.
@AmericanAir What a joke. On Monday, you posted "Your flight changed. Please check back soon to see what changed." on our reservation listing page. It's nearly Saturday now, and no further information has been offered. Do you not understand that arrangements need to be made?
