I am specifically referring to Israeli primary sources as flawed because the Israeli state lies almost constantly. Especially with regards the wellbeing of Palestinians.

The Oslo accords are a set of rules. They are not sufficient evidence to justify this. So once again - you are not providing a source for an assertion you have made.
