@enterprisecares 1 of 2 Hired a car from you in Aug. It had a pre-existing fault. Had to spend 3 hours at night in services waiting for AA to fix YOUR faulty car. Huge inconvenience and now you have charged us £95 because birch service charged for overstaying in service station.
