@RoyalMail 2of2 that you had stuck white sticker over the relevant info. Then informed I hadn’t been able to provide photo evidence. Seems to me you devising ways to avoid a refund for postage. Will be using other providers if no satisfactory response
@RoyalMail 1of2awful response from
Customer complaints re your failure to deliver a parcel. You claim it was ‘refused’ by recipient. It wasn’t. First complaint ignored; second complaint you wanted info that I sent (from package). You then wanted more info - I sent photo showing
@MailCompleint 1of2You failed to
Deliver a parcel for me in April, it was returned saying ‘delivery refused’. My friend, the recipient never received it. Made a complaint immediately, no reply. Second complaint a month later, you requested info from the package which I duly sent

@enterprisecares Can you explain why you asked me to take time to DM you and then just told me you couldn’t do anything? Is it just to give the public appearance of doing something? I realise not the responsibility of the person replying but seems a very disingenuous policy on part of enterprise
@enterprisecares 1 of 2 Hired a car from you in Aug. It had a pre-existing fault. Had to spend 3 hours at night in services waiting for AA to fix YOUR faulty car. Huge inconvenience and now you have charged us £95 because birch service charged for overstaying in service station.
@enterprisecares 2of 2 Cannot get through to anyone, generic emails only. Please DM to give me phone number and person who can resolve. Good service initially, offered 25% off next rental in recognition you had hired me a duff car. Now total failure to resolve
In our report published today, our overall conclusion is that there is a need for national debate on sentencing. We call for this Government, and its successors, to think carefully about how to engage with public opinion on sentencing.
