@AvantiWestCoast service from your staff at Coventry station just now absolutely awful. Train cancellations/delays of course not their fault but their tone + manner when dealing with travellers was dire! People asking straightforward questions + getting really arsey replies

Today I met with my @ArtsEmergency mentee. It was both wonderful and a little heartbreaking. Wonderful to hear them talk about slow fashion and craftsmanship and wanting to create beautiful clothes people cherish……

But heartbreaking to hear how increased tuition fees and an education system that is more focused on box ticking rather than nurturing creativity is proving such an obstacle and so off putting!
