@SwiggyCares i am facing a serious issue with swiggy food takes over 90min to deliver from 3km far restaurant. On trying to cancel the order you become blackmailers that order value will be added in next order. If you are at fault why should customer be the one to pay penalty

Similar thing happened with a friend of mine 2 days back ,when she tried to contact customer care there is no way to get beyond their chatbot. And after hrs they bring you the food and you refuse to accept the amount gets added to your next order.
