@F1Help Me and my father wanted to have an F1TV PRO subscription. We decided to have it and pay the respective 60 dollars annually from the webpage. But when we put in the information of the credit card and clicked "Complete payment" it told us to check if the info was correct 👇🏻
@F1Help What was more strange, we got a notification that our payment had been completed! And when we logged in, we did have the account but we didn't have any subscription. So we payed the money, but we don't have F1TV PRO. How can we solve this?
