Khumalo: What suitable qualifications do you say Ms. Mokwele did not have when she was appointed to this position?

Johnson: I don't know her qualifications.

There was a 4 minute pause with her trying to find the documents and look at them.

Having seen the qualifications....

Khumalo: Why make a statement under oath to this Commission that she did not have qualifications?

ACCOUNTANT ARRESTED OVER FOR R15M FRAUD

A former accountant has appeared in the Boksburg Regional Court after being arrested in connection with an alleged R15-million fraud involving his former employer.

The arrest follows a forensic investigation by CS Forensics, which uncovered alleged fraud, theft, money laundering and cybercrime offences.

Investigators claim company funds were diverted into personal accounts through falsified supplier invoices over several years.

The case also alleges manipulated emails and WhatsApp messages were used to facilitate the scheme.
