@tojulius So true but it confuses the hell out of me why this is reality. One step forward two steps backwards. How did this shift happen ๐คทโโ๏ธ ? Are old habits just so strong #eventprofs got the MIB memory wipe treatment? Love to hear the industry take on it.
@DaisyDisk seems your app is no longer working when downloaded. Can you provide any support. I have deleted the app, empty trash and reinstalled 3 times and get the same message.
@Kay1117 Use https://t.co/9qA1UPsQep. You upload 12 selfies and they send you 40-90 variations that you can have them edit if none of those work. Cost is like $30.
@MrAndrewRoby I agree! Also when the outside vendor is more expensive your probably missing elements you really need that the in-house companies will bill you for later (bait and switch) and they end up more expensive. Sadly I see wayyyyy to many planners fall for this trick all the time.
@TravelGov Your guide is wrong letโs be real. Expedited is 10-13weeks and standard processing is probably 14-18 weeks based on the comments. You know what other companies do when there service business hits record highs they hire more people to support the demand.
@TravelGov Your new call system is a joke. It takes a min of 1.5 hours to talk to anyone and thatโs if you donโt get the message volume is too high call back later. How about higher some more people to provide the service. Your missing deadlines and providing no resources for emergencies.
@tojulius You said a key word โadoptionโ. There are many resources to make things better in our industry but weโre not the best at adopting new tools. Itโs seems to only happen when major players (like an Apple) do something or we are forced (virtual events). This will be fun to watch.
@agfinn Prior experience with the unholy trinity of internet, power and rigging with a client wondering if she should call the FBI for the heist that was in progress for what they were billing her.
