Why so many teen entrepreneurs were cracked at video games:

I saw a thread a while back saying lots of young founders used to be Minecraft or Fortnite gods etc…

I’m reading Atomic Habits right now (amazing book). It says every action we take is driven by a deeper desire.

One of the strongest desires is to gain status.

Video games give you that. Fast.

When people outgrow games, they don’t lose the drive. They just find new arenas to compete in.

Thus why so many of the current young entrepreneurs used to be video games addicts.
