Vulgar/dualist/unilateral determinism:
The superstructure merely "reinforces" the base.
Conscious decisions don't impact the world.
The biosphere is unilaterally determined by geography.
Actual monist determinisn:
Base-superstructure, environment-mind and geography-biosphere 1/2
