@SW_Help@SW_Help So why empty the train. It only took 5 mins to rectify. The announcement was emphatic that the train was out of derive.
Last week (Wednesday) you filled trains c6pm (35°) at Waterloo without knowing they could run (no driver or faulty air con). Why do you do this?
@SW_Help
Come on guys - I was sat on a train on platform 9, the 22.30. At 22.45 a packed delayed train is told to vacate due to a fault and to board the train on the adjacent platform. At 22.50 we are told that was a mistake and need to re board the original train. Why?
@SW_Help why are you filling trains at Waterloo with no air conditioning and no drivers in I imagine 35°.
It’s inhumane and a real H&s risk.
Just hold people on the concourse. It’s not difficult.
@SW_Help Except it wasn’t according to the guard. Then there were people on my train expecting to stop at Walton which it didn’t. Again can I ask, why the confusion?
@SW_Help please advise what’s the next fast train to Woking I’ve just been moved twice from one train to another at Waterloo as you change your minds. Why the confusion.
@SW_Help tonight I was on the 21.35 Waterloo to Woking train. Totally overcrowded and extremely hot - as a result a passenger standing next to me collapsed. Fortunately we were very close to Woking so she was able to be quickly removed from the train and given water / fresh air.
@FlySWISS - never been dealt with more rudely than at the gate at LHR last night (August 22nd) boarding LX357. All to do with my cabin bag I and there not being enough storage space on board (it had to go in the hold) Get on board, guess what - the overhead lockers are empty!
Why do @SW_Help trains sell first class tickets and allow anyone to sit in those compartments without any challenge The service was not declassified.
What was even more incredible was the guard suggested (there were no seats) that I ask / challenge people if I wanted to sit down
@m1ke_talbot@SW_Help And again this morning on the 8.06 from Woking to Waterloo.
Why let me buy a first clsss ticket (£44 return) and then allow people whohave a standard ticket (£25) to use seats unchallenged while I have to stand. The service has NOT been declassified. No guard to be seen or heard.
@SW_Help can you explain why you sell me a first class ticket and then repeatedly declassify your service.
What is the simplest way to gain a refund in that instance without filling out forms or standing in queues which is totally unfair to ask me to do.
@SW_Help - can you explain why the 7.34 Woking to Waterloo left EARLY today at 7.32? And yet the app says it left on time. I was just arriving at the station, missed the train, station staff were very confused. Now on a standing only DELAYED 7.28, with a 1st class ticket.
@wokingcouncil@SurreyCouncil The point is the diversion was nonsensical. There was no right turn available.
I hope by now someone from @SurreyCouncil or @wokingcouncil (they are your roads, this was blocking a key road into your town) has been on site to inspect.
Have they?
@easyjet - as per your app (at 6.45 am this morning) my flight was delayed. I arrived @ gate at 6.45 for a 7.30 departure and wasn’t allowed to board. Flight was in fact leaving on time. Frustrated and not alone. Got alternate flight with KLM. How do we sort compensation?
