900 people had their Smartthings hubs & devices deleted by Sammy's incompetence during a backend "cleaning." Samsung did nothing at all to help or compensate for this other than to send out an email. Pathetic response by a company who clearly doesn't care @ their users!

If you were affected by #Samsung's #Smartthings "known issue" on April 6 that deleted users hubs and devices please let us know. Here's a link to the discussion. Their response was shameful with zero compensation admitting to their own incompetence.
