✌️I'm no longer using this account. Please follow @ZacharyHanz for the same marketing content. But a warning: it will also include pictures of my cat, political rants, and me forcing my music tastes on you.
Can you ‘self-claim’ to be an expert, or does someone else need to bestow the title of expert upon you? It seems a bit like being ‘cool’ - me telling you that I’m cool is meaningless; it needs someone else’s opinion to be legit.

@tpuuska Hi Tommi. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Our teams works hard to make sure things look as good in Outlook as possible (though they don't make it easy!). Everything looked good on our end, but this is helpful to see. Hope we can win you back some day :-)
If you notice something at your company below standards and don't fix it or make sure someone else does, you have set a new standard.
Complaining about it does not count as fixing it.
If someone gets upset/tells you to stay in your lane, they've set an even worse new standard.
