@DarthHarryson These comments are asinine. If you think that Joel Biermann would support women’s ordination (not that the SP could do that anyway) then you have no idea what he thinks.
Stupid people endorse candidate so candidate must endorse all their stupid opinions?
Come on, people…
@John54348181@lymanstoneky Very much appreciate the leadership of Matt Harrison. I don’t think it is best for anyone to hold their position perpetually, especially not the bureaucrats in the IC, even if Harrison is a good figurehead. We need a breath of fresh air to keep the ball rolling.
@lymanstoneky Yes. I see lots of people assuming (I think wrongly) that Biermann is some kind of liberal. He is not. My suspicion is the the main “change” would be within the bureaucracy at the international center. Not to teaching of the church (not that the SP can change that anyway).
@silencerco@AmSuppressor I sent an email to my congressman in support of the HPA, but I couldn't screenshot the confirmation page. Can I still have some stickers?
@lymanstoneky Talk to @BryanStecker about being on his. He does a nice job. If you were on there I would watch. If you come to Waconia to do it you have to let me know though so I can buy you a beer. I’ve got questions about LRLS. Big fan. Keep up the good work.
@TyrelBramwell Can you say more about St. Marks brotherhood? Just what you call your congregation’s men’s group, or something more formal? I’m working on forming something more robust (and I’m intrigued by sons of Solomon)in my congregation and I’ll take all the ideas I can get.
@DrJordanBCooper A great example of what you’re talking about is @MTMehan’s incredible “Mr. Mehan’s Mildly Amusing Mythical Mammals” it is “conservative” in that it promotes the truly solid things but not merely political. Read (and reread!) it to your children.
@MTMehan No joke, my entire family (myself, my wife, and our five children) has several of your poems memorized. I regularly recite Ango, Blug, Dally, and Mixy. I’m close on several others.
