Ladies, apparently some of you wear panty liners everyday and I really hope that’s not true. Wearing panty liners everyday increases the chances of yeast infections, skin irritation, rashes, discharge and it disrupts your PH balance. Remember, your girl down there needs to breathe and it doesn’t need a lot of things. You just need to clean your girl with clean water, drink a lot of water, eat fruits, good food and your girl will just clean itself. Also, stay away from scented panty liners my Queens. STOP USING CANEX V to clean your girl, Canex is for yeast infection and not for vibes. DO NOT USE IT IF YOU DON’T HAVE YEAST INFECTION. Lastly, if you get a funky smell go see a gynaecologist or go to the clinic. That girl doesn’t need all of these things y’all use on her.
