@Xepla This was definitely a bit of a disappointment for me. I wasn't sure what I was supposed to feel at the end. The WoL and the enemy had so much plot armor in that moment that there were no real stakes. Half expected a Saturday morning villain getaway(and sorta got it)

@lollibeepop A big help for me was resetting all my food. I cut out everything except chicken, veggies, and rice for about 2 weeks. Once the symptoms subsided, I started adding new things to the diet until I found triggering foods. Also eating smaller portions at once rly made a difference
