Today, after a long time of hunger and deprivation, and after flour and bread became scarce, I finally managed to get a sack of flour. A sack that has become more precious than dreams, costing over $300—a sack that now represents the hope of an entire people, a pursuit that breaks souls and drains dreams 💔.
I found no rest today. Since early morning, I’ve been rushing between queues, waiting and hoping, enduring the crowds, the cold, and the exhaustion, just to return with this small sack. And if you see my smile in the picture, it’s the smile of victory—victory in obtaining something so basic! In the end, this sack won’t only be for my family; it will be shared among four hungry families also struggling to survive 💔.
When I returned, Rita and Naya were waiting for me. They welcomed me as if I were a groom on his wedding day. This sack of flour, a mere basic right of ours, has become a reason for rare joy—a joy that reminds us of how scarce and bittersweet happiness has become in our lives 💔.
Please, life here is unbearable; everything is so expensive it breaks us, it pains us. Without your continued support, we would have been utterly crushed by now. Please, don’t let go of us; don’t stop supporting us. You are our only hope in facing this relentless injustice.

If people grow tired of hearing about us in Gaza and turn away,
don’t abandon us, even if you’re the only one left.
Be human, share our stories, and don’t let us down💔.
They’re bombing Al-Mawasi, right in my area, going crazy with it.
Tents are on fire, and everyone’s screaming.
I’m typing with shaking hands they’re bombing everywhere we’re dying, we’re dying!!!!!!
Very big achievement for the BDS movement. One of the biggest ever, I'd say: Bezeq is a major Israeli company, with a unique status in Israeli corporate and general culture (the company does most of Israel's telephony, internet connectivity, communications infrastructure and much more).
Also: Australia announced it was backing the UN call for Israel to withdraw from the occupied Palestinian territories.
A good day for Palestinian diplomacy.
Just want everyone to know the north of Ga za is not empty. There's over 300k people left in the north and they are being ordered to evacuate including all hospitals. People who try to leave are shot at or besieged.
This is an ethnic cleansing.
Speaking of abandonment, my brother is incarcerated in FL. There is a historic hurricane heading his way, and not a motherfucking thing I can do to protect him. It is unlikely they will evacuate him and others. I do not have the patience.
The quadcopter is firing in my area full of tents, and the smell of gunpowder is everywhere!
Guys, it's just a piece of fabric, just a piece of fabric!!!!
I don’t wanna die from a gunshot, fighting for life just to die in the end.
I wanna go without any pain..
Across Appalachia, we’re seeing workers sheltering in the remains of flood-damaged structures, mold thick on the walls. Their children have skin infections and have not eaten fresh food in days or weeks. Their employers are nowhere to be found.
These are people with few options.
To all you Harris Apologists saying “Trump will be worse on Gaza”. THERE WILL BE NO GAZA LEFT by Jan. 2025 because of Biden-Harris. What is worse than that?! We are yelling & screaming that they are enacting a “final solution” in North Gaza under Biden-Harris…. and you are still on here saying but Trump?! You do understand that she is 2nd-in-command in “in on all the meetings” right?!!! She is just as complicit as the rest of them!
If your boss won't let you evacuate: Convince as many coworkers as you can to all leave together & contact us right away
You have the right to organize & leave an unsafe worksite. If they're not bluffing & still try to fire you after the storm, we'll help you fight it
Kenny Johnson had been begging for something to be done about BioLab since before the latest fire that spewed toxic gasses all over the Atlanta metro area.
He died shortly after speaking at this meeting. The GBI is investigating his death.
Soil and water conservation representative is speaking now. First Black man elected to this position.
States that EVERY Rockdale resident needs to go to the doctor to get checkups- because the chemicals handled at biolab "will kill you."
Our hurricane response team monitored Francine a couple weeks ago but wasn't able to find any direct reports from folks inside who may have been impacted. If you know anyone who was incarcerated in hard-hit areas please let us know how it went!
We're in the middle of a super-active hurricane season and need more trusted abolitionist comrades to help, either with rapid response, long-term capacity building and networking, or both! This is an online team that you can join from anywhere.
