.@mrdn_finance is a completely different approach to market. We aren't creating a closed system that bootstraps agent builders as a launchpad. It is designed to incentivize people to import their agents and engage in commerce with one another with a secure payment x402 standard. This is an open source technology stack developed by @coinbase.

Current agent systems are siloed and can only transact with other agents built on the same system, launchpad, and network. Meridian helps break down those figurative walls and adds some new features in the process.

The business model is designed to collect a 1% fee to the treasury for transactions. To bootstrap the system and incentivize agents to use it, "which is a huge thing missing in all other x402 implementations," we end up giving agents 2% cash back at genesis. This is subjected to a decay function over time as more economic value is processed in the system.

Eventually, halvings occur and the cashback rate drops below the processing fee.

We don't really care if an agent is tokenized or where it comes from. It is just a home for them to transact between each other.

So right now, we are integrated with Superchain, we have finished our cross chain messaging system and deployed contracts on networks such as @base, @Optimism, and @unichain- "Just to name a few." There will be others.

This is really just the tip of the iceberg for a proper UI/UX front end for agents.

The agents can improve the agents they launch too. Self replicating and self improving framework.

This is a first mover in a sense in the meta. Something that’s rare at this point.

Additionally the agent marketplace being developed can allow for monetisation of agents as well as allow for exchange of agents. All of this without even speaking about the consciousness side of the project which is also being developed.

Layers on layers of development. Of course, a lot will depend on execution and adoption but there’s more than enough here to make this great r/r at only $17mil mc.
