I’ve relapsed with my depression

I used to be heavily medicated for it, and I decided to quit and hopefully turn my life around. I did for a while but it really does silently come back sometimes. I've been bedrotting again, showering is hard again, I started isolating myself again. so, i'm really sorry for not showing up. I really do want to.

Living with a genetic disorder that has no solution, chronic fatigue, can't heal my vocal cords, aura migraines that literally make me temporarily blind. just everything about being chronically ill is extremely exhausting. I feel like im just a constant disappointment. I wish I could do the things i promise to do without having excuses.

I wish I could make you guys proud by always doing the best I can. I just need to pick myself up first. I will always try to be the best version of myself I can be. I’ve been trying to turn my IRL life around recently. I’ve lost like 20 lbs so far, started taking supplements, putting myself first in my decisions, etc. I promise I’m trying my best, and I’ll continue to do so.

I just wanted to share cause I think mental health is extremely important and being honest is always a nice step to take. So trust in me, I'm taking the steps! ^^ Much love 🧡
