Hi @LNER @nationalrailenq @networkrail @NetworkRailSCOT. My family are sat stationary at Berwick-upon-Tweed on the 10:30 Kings X to 15:09 Edinburgh train. Please don't direct me to the LNER website because this service is not on there. No update for an hour, no food or water.

@BeccaShiel @LNER @LNER It would be really useful to have some timescales. Chathill is a 3 hour round trip from Edinburgh by car. If it is likely (I appreciate that you cannot guarantee) that the train will not get to Edinburgh by 20:00 I'll set off now to collect my family.
