I have always found that role playing is vital to understanding what information has been retained within instruction. This is a good way to understand when to move to the next step of the training or to re-evaluate what you've discussed already and do you need to revisit it.
Gamification in learning allows for learners to feel that sense of accomplishment throughout the training.
@CarreraPeterson how do you feel about gamifcation?
